Sharing Your Information

Gondu Marketplace does not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers that are necessary to operate Gondu Marketplace or when we are required to do so by applicable law or a lawful request from the relevant authorities.

If a user reports a scam or other serious misuse, Gondu Marketplace may review and preserve relevant account and listing information.

We will not normally provide another user with your private National ID number or verification information because of a buyer-and-seller dispute.

Your Information

You can update your profile details in Account settings, or delete your account from the same page.

If you delete your account, we remove your profile, listings that are not tied to an order, saved items and messages. Completed orders may be kept with a deleted-user label where needed for records, disputes or legal requirements.
